2. Scope of Services

2.1 Enterprise Services

Custom legal assistance such as contract review, compliance advisory and dispute resolution for corporate clients.

2.2 Information Products

Digital offerings including legal guides, templates and training materials provided for educational use.

2.3 Goods

Physical items such as printed manuals, branded stationery and other merchandise.

3. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

3.1 Enterprise Services

Clients may request a refund or transfer by contacting us at least five business days before the scheduled engagement. Approved requests will be refunded to the original payment method within ten business days after approval. Clients may transfer the service to a future date subject to availability at no extra cost.

Express engagements scheduled within five business days are non-refundable due to immediate allocation of resources.

3.2 Information Products

Access to digital materials is granted immediately after purchase. Purchases may be refunded within seven calendar days of the Effective Date if no download or access has occurred. After seven days or after access initiation, all sales are final.

3.3 Goods

Defective items are eligible to be sent back within fourteen calendar days of delivery. To arrange the shipment, please contact our support team. Once we receive the shipped item and verify the defect, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within ten business days.
